Gerina-Piller

Born on March 29th, 1985 in Roswell New Mexican. Gerina is the full name of her. Gerina Stevenson was born to Mexican parentage Rita Stevenson and Alan Stevenson. She is of Mexican-American heritage as well as an American in nationality. From the time she was a kid, she has had a strong desire to participate in athletics. Gerina started playing golf at the age of 15. Gerina completed her high school education at Goddard High School. As a high-school student, she had won at the New Mexico Golf State Tournament. A volleyball player, she was also a participant in state tournaments. She went to the University of Texas in 2003. While in her senior years she took home the top prize in every competition that was entered. In her college career, she was crowned Conference USA individual champion player of the year, and was named UTEP Female Athletics Player of the Year.

Brockport is proud of having Norman who was a multi-sport player. Norman was keyed as an outstanding soccer player at Brockport which was where she primarily played on the defensive side of the ball. In her role as an defender, Norman was a master in blocking the ball. Additionally, she was able to make smart choices when it came time to assess the offense of an opponent. She will bring many great qualities in the Lady Lakers in 2012. Due to her outstanding ball-defence abilities as well as a solid mental stance She is an excellent player to kick off her debut season at Finger Lakes. The potential of her talent is set to show this season because she's believed to possess the skills needed for being an impact player on the next level.
